Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading financial reporting teams.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial statement preparation.
• Experience coordinating external audits and auditor requests.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with ERP systems.
• Experience with multi-entity, consolidated financial reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple entities across complex environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven leadership in process improvements and automation.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with internal controls and disclosure checklists.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial reporting workstream for Hard Rock and Seminole Gaming.
• Oversee preparation and review of annual and interim financial statements.
• Coordinate external audits and respond to auditor requests.
• Develop and enhance reporting packages, control descriptions, and calendars.
• Partner with FP&A, tax, treasury, and other departments for reporting needs.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and data governance.
