Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with AR/billing and multi-entity/franchise accounting.
• Experience with Workday or similar ERP; strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of CECL and revenue recognition; U.S. GAAP reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own AR and billing system across the enterprise, establishing policies and controls.
• Drive centralization and standardization of AR and billing processes.
• Oversee invoicing for franchise, licensing, and management fees.
• Monitor aging and collect, manage credit risk.
• Lead month-end close and P&L reviews for fee-driven entities.
• Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and revenue standards.
• Develop and mentor AR/franchise accounting team.
• Drive process automation and system improvements, including Workday.
