Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Support Services is seeking an experienced financial reporting leader to manage the consolidation, external reporting, and compliance for Hard Rock International and Seminole Gaming.

The role requires deep IFRS and US GAAP knowledge, a CPA, and a track record in multinational accounting. You will drive process improvements, partner with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, accurate financial disclosures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s preferred.
• CPA or equivalent certification required.
• 10+ years of international accounting experience.
• Strong IFRS and US GAAP knowledge and experience in a multinational company.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Workiva and Workday.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the financial reporting department across Hard Rock International and Seminole Gaming.
• Coordinate quarterly and annual consolidations using consolidation software.
• Prepare and review quarterly and annual SEC style financial statements.
• Develop reports to support external reporting requirements.
• Coordinate external audits with independent auditors.
• Collaborate with finance, tax, treasury, legal, and other departments to support reporting and auditing.
• Prepare financial statements for multiple entities in accordance with US GAAP, IFRS, GASB and other GAAPs.
• Ensure IFRS and US GAAP compliance across international locations.
