Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino seeks a Senior Manager of Accounts Receivable & Franchise Accounting to lead AR and billing across the enterprise. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance is required; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience including AR/billing and franchise accounting; hospitality or multi-entity experience a plus.
• 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Workday or similar platforms; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Own AR and billing system; drive centralization and standardization of AR and billing processes.
• Oversee invoicing for franchise, licensing, management fees and other revenue streams.
• Monitor customer aging and collections; minimize credit risk exposure.
• Manage allowance for doubtful accounts and CECL compliance.
• Lead month-end close and accruals for fee-driven units; perform P&L reviews and variance analyses.
