Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood seeks an entry-level Revenue Verification Associate to support daily financial reconciliation and reporting for hotel, F&B, and outlet accounts receivable. Under the Revenue Verification Manager, you will help ensure GAAP compliance and accurate account analysis.

Requirements include a high school diploma and one year in AR, strong Excel skills, and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required; one year in Accounts Receivable preferred.
• Hotel/Convention accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Research and respond to all Hotel/F&B related chargeback transactions, payment discrepancies, and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Navigate various portals to obtain documentation and submit claims.
• Maintain and update the chargeback log for weekly review by management.
• Assist in monthly close duties and produce AR-related reporting for management.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and adherence to Seminole Tribe of Florida internal controls.
