The Midtown Group is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Collections Supervisor to lead a small AR team in a collaborative, on-site setting in Dallas. You will drive collections, oversee credit risk, and partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Billing to ensure healthy cash flow.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Accounting OR 5+ years of dedicated Accounts Receivable and commercial B2B collections experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required; reports from scratch, data manipulation, aging tracking.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of 3 AR & Collections Specialists; manage schedules for core hours 7:30 AM–5:30 PM.
• Monitor AR aging reports and implement collection strategies for 30+ days past due accounts.
• Oversee credit checks and establish terms/limits for new commercial lines of business.
• Create customized AR aging and revenue reports for upper management.
