The role manages complex customer accounts through full billing cycles, including Time & Material and Fixed Price invoices, and supports month-end close with AR reconciliations.

You will mentor AR Clerks, resolve escalated billing issues, and ensure accurate cash application while maintaining strong internal controls and client communication.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of progressive AR experience with billing of Time & Material and Fixed Price contracts.
• Experience in cash receipts application and collections.
• Experience mentoring AR Clerks and supporting month-end close.

• Prepare and review customer billings for complex projects on mid-month and monthly cycles.
• Manage past-due collections and escalate as needed.
• Apply cash receipts and reconcile to GL.
