Job summary

Cirrascale Cloud Services is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Billing and Collections Specialist in the San Diego area. You will own billing accuracy, drive collections, apply cash, and reconcile AR subledgers while supporting month-end close and cross-functional processes.

Qualifications include 5+ years in AR/billing, ERP experience (MS Dynamics, NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks), and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Accounts Receivable and billing experience.
• Proficiency in AR processes: billing, cash application, and reconciliation.
• ERP experience with MS Dynamics, NetSuite, SAP, or QuickBooks; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and issue accurate invoices per contracts and pricing.
• Investigate billing discrepancies with Operations, Legal, and Sales.
• Maintain billing records and manage recurring and usage-based charges.
• Contact clients on outstanding invoices and resolve disputes.
• Monitor aging, collect on delinquencies, and support month-end close.
