ClickHouse is seeking a Senior AR Analyst to own billing and collections as we scale toward public-company readiness. You will work cross-functionally with Revenue Accounting, Sales, Engineering, and other Operations teams to build scalable processes.

You’ll manage end-to-end invoicing for pay-as-you-go and prepaid customers, support diverse billing configurations, and drive automation initiatives. The role emphasizes accuracy, control, and timely AR reporting across systems.

• Support recurring and usage-based billing models across systems.
• Drive system and process improvements including automation and integrations.
• Maintain AR health through aging reviews and collections coordination with Sales.
• Own AR reporting including aging analysis and GL reconciliations.
• Support monthly accounting close activities and journal entries.
• Assist with external audits and PBC requests for billing operations.
• Support UAT for new SKU creation, pricing models, and business initiatives.

We’re looking for a Senior AR Analyst to own billing and collection activities as ClickHouse continues to scale. This role will help ensure the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of our billing, collections, and downstream revenue reporting as we move towards public-company readiness. You’ll work cross-functionally with Revenue Accounting, Sales, Engineering, and other Operations teams to build scalable processes and workflows.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own end-to-end invoicing and collections activities for pay-as-you-go and prepaid commit customers.
• Support recurring, and usage-based, billing models across systems for a variety of subscription, invoicing, and payment term configurations.
• Drive system and process improvements, including AI adoption, automation initiatives, and integrations to streamline workflows.
• Maintain strong AR health through proactive aging reviews, collections coordination with the sales team, and timely resolution of billing inquiries.
• Propose quarter-end write-off recommendations and own AR reporting, including aging analysis, allowance for doubtful accounts, and related GL reconciliations.
• Support monthly accounting close activities, including contract review, usage validation, invoice verification, journal entries, reconciliations, and analytics.
• Support external audit requirements and manage PBC requests related to billing operations.
• Support user acceptance testing for new SKU creation, new product launches, pricing models, and business initiatives.

What You Bring Along

• 3+ years of progressive billing and collections experience at a SaaS or technology company.
• Experience with marketplace platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) and reports.
• Experience with automation tools and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Stripe, Salesforce CPQ).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex contracts and data sets.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
• Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present information clearly.
• Experience executing internal controls and documentation to support audit and SOX compliance.

Compensation Range: $85K - $125K
