Job summary

ClickHouse is seeking a Sr. Manager of Order-to-Cash to own and evolve our billing and collections function as we scale. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and revenue reporting for public-company readiness, working with Revenue Accounting, Sales, Legal, FP&A, and other teams.

You will build scalable processes, drive AI-enabled automation, and lead a growing OTC team. Strong SaaS experience with NetSuite/ERP is essential, with global remote-friendly flexibility.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive order-to-cash and billing operations experience, including 5+ years in billing and collections in a SaaS or technology company.
• Experience with automation tools and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Stripe, Salesforce CPQ).
• Experience with marketplace platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) and reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex contracts and data sets.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communicator with cross-functional collaboration and financial insights.
• Experience in designing and maintaining internal controls and SOX compliance.

Responsibilities

• Establish the operating model, processes, controls, and team structure for a scalable Order-to-Cash function.
• Establish policies for pay-as-you-go and commit billing models, invoicing adjustments, collections strategy, and billing systems change management.
• Act as SME for NPI initiatives, including changes to current billing processes and systems.
• Own the billing systems tech stack and drive improvements, including AI adoption, automation, and integrations.
• Maintain AR health through aging reviews and collections coordination with sales.
• Support monthly close activities including contract reviews, reconciliations, usage trends, AR write-offs, and analytics.
• Support external audit activities and manage PBC requests related to OTC.
