Korn Ferry has partnered with our client to identify a Manager, Working Capital Analytics & Receivables in Atlanta, GA. This role focuses on optimizing cash conversion through effective AR, billing, and collections management, collaborating across finance and operations to strengthen order-to-cash processes.

The position requires strong analytical capabilities, KPI dashboard experience, and a track record of improving working capital performance in complex environments.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, collections, project invoicing, working capital, or related financial functions.
• Experience with milestone-based and project-based billing.
• Experience in service-based, field service, construction, utility, engineering, infrastructure, environmental services, or government contracting environments preferred.
• Experience working with municipal, utility, government, or public-sector customers preferred.
• Experience developing KPI dashboards, financial analyses, and management reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead efforts to reduce AR and unbilled revenue aging balances and improve cash conversion.
• Monitor billing readiness and ensure invoicing aligns with milestones.
• Identify root causes affecting billing, collections, and unbilled revenue and implement corrective actions.
• Lead reviews of aged receivables, unbilled revenue, collections, and customer payment performance.
• Develop and monitor key working capital metrics such as DSO, AR Aging, and Invoice Cycle Time.
• Prepare and present working capital performance results and recommendations to leadership.
• Partner to improve billing accuracy, resolve disputes, and accelerate cash conversion.
