International in Lisle, Illinois seeks a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst to support the Financial Service Center. The role interacts with internal and external customers and processes loan/lease payments, bank deposits, and cash reconciliation daily.

You will help with month-end close, audits, and system upgrades, and assist in training colleagues on best practices. A Bachelor's degree with credit/collections experience is the baseline option.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of credit or collections experience.
• Master's degree and no experience.
• At least 3 years of credit or collections experience.

Responsabilités

• Process all incoming loan/lease payments and bank deposits daily.
• Balance cash daily and address discrepancies.
• Reconcile and report on unapplied cash items.
• Research and reconcile customer accounts and payment histories.
• Ensure accurate booking/data entry/funding of new loans and leases.
• Assist month end reconciliations and audit processes.
• Handle terminations, extensions, rebooks, and account maintenance.
• Train others on system processes and participate in UAT/testing.
