Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, or related field.
• 1+ year of credit/collections or asset management experience required.
• Knowledge of credit and collections processes within transportation/finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer accounts for timely payments and delinquencies.
• Notify customers of missed payments and NSF issues; pursue resolution.
• Coordinate end-of-lease activities including extensions or purchases.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email to resolve payment issues.
• Follow established collection procedures and escalate when needed.
• Oversee repossession process in case of default.
• Process account modifications such as extensions or refinancings.
