Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ year credit/collections or asset management experience, or
• Master's degree with no experience, or
• At least 3 years of credit/collections or asset management experience

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer accounts for timely payments and address delinquencies.
• Notify customers of missed payments and work toward resolution.
• Coordinate end-of-lease activities including extensions or purchases.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve payment issues.
• Follow procedures for collection efforts and escalate when needed.
• Manage repossession process in cases of default.
• Process account modifications such as extensions and refinances.
