Job summary

Arch Amenities Group, in collaboration with The Mayerson JCC, seeks an Aquatic Program Manager to lead daily operations of swim lessons and aquatic programs. The role emphasizes enrollment, instructor productivity, curriculum consistency, and financial outcomes within approved budgets.

The Manager will report to the Aquatics Director, supervise instructors, and ensure safe, high‑quality instruction while maintaining reliable coverage and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years swim instruction and lifeguarding experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret enrollment and financial reports.
• Experience leading staff and scheduling.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage swim lesson offerings, enrollment, and revenue.
• Supervise instructors, ensure coverage and safety procedures.
• Develop curriculum, mentor instructors, and conduct trainings.
• Ensure quality of lessons and accurate participant level placement.
• Respond to participation questions and maintain client communication.
• Teach 8 hours per week within the program and manage private lessons.
• Oversee safety, equipment, and facility checklists.
