The Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey is seeking an Assistant Aquatics Manager to oversee indoor and outdoor pool operations, staff supervision, and program delivery. This full-time role focuses on safety, high-quality aquatic programming, swim lessons, and special events, working closely with the Aquatics Director to meet health, safety, and customer service standards.

• High school graduate or higher; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to manage budgets and program finances.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with planning, scheduling, and evaluating aquatic programs and activities.
• Supervise lifeguards, instructors, and staff; oversee onboarding and training.
• Ensure safety, water quality, and regulatory compliance across facilities.
• Coordinate summer programs, events, and rentals with other departments.
• Maintain records, reports, and inventories; support ECC camp staffing.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve patron concerns to maintain service quality.
