The Jewish Community Center of Greater Kansas City is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Aquatics to oversee all aquatics operations, safety, staffing, and financial performance across year-round and seasonal facilities. You will lead a diverse team, drive program participation, and align operations with organizational goals.

Qualificações

• 4+ years' experience as Director or Manager of an Aquatics program
• 3+ years’ business development experience with a proven revenue growth record in Aquatics or similar program
• Lifeguard Instructor Trainer (LGIT) and Water Safety Instructor Trainer (WSIT) certifications preferred
• Current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications including American Red Cross Lifeguard/Instructor/First Aid/CPR-AED
• Knowledge of aquatic facility operations, regulations, and safety standards

Responsabilidades

• Develop training systems and foster teamwork and effective communication
• Direct department operations with peak staffing up to 140 employees in summer
• Manage annual and operational budgets and forecast revenues/expenses
