Citi is seeking a Director-level Client Financials Solutions Lead for the Apps Development team in Tampa. The role focuses on delivering data-heavy applications with strategic technology roadmaps and strong executive stakeholder engagement.

The candidate will lead engineers, drive SAFe/DevOps practices, and oversee attribution methodologies for financial reporting, while ensuring scalable, high-quality delivery across global teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Ab Initio ETL pipelines.
• Deep expertise in OLAP and analytical query optimization for financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Python-based data engineering and orchestration.
• Strong background in Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, YARN, MapReduce).
• Experience with Parquet and Iceberg, Hive/Impala SQL-on-Hadoop.
• Knowledge of Google BigQuery for cloud analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute multi-year technology roadmap for Client Financials portfolio.
• Own and provide tech direction for all Client Financials products.
• Lead engineering teams to deliver with velocity, quality and agility.
• Establish governance frameworks for transparency on delivery progress.
