Qualifications

• Must have four years of single-property or mass appraisal experience including inspecting and valuing real properties (commercial or industrial).
• Experience collecting and analyzing large quantities of sale, income, and expense data.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel to compile, interpret, analyze, and display validation data.
• Application of multiple approaches to value and proper appraisal methodology.

Responsibilities

• Appraise real property to determine its just market value for assessment purposes.
• Conduct field inspections of real property, vacant and improved.
• Write and submit USPAP-compliant appraisal reports.
• Verify sales, collect data, and interview related parties such as contractors and real estate agents.
