Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting production systems with incident management, problem management, change and release processes.
• Ability to collaborate with development and business teams and understand applications and business functionality.
• Familiarity with large, complex IIS/.NET/SQL applications and multi-tier web hosting environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of core tooling and ITIL-aligned services.
• Execute incident, problem, change and release management across diverse applications and technologies.
• Manage remediation activities, run incident bridges, and report on active issues.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement preventative actions.
• Multi-task across a broad set of activities while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Communicate effectively across multiple teams (verbal and written).
• Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot issues and optimize solutions.
• Identify gaps and single points of failure in current processes or designs.
• Create and maintain troubleshooting runbooks and build/configuration documentation for apps.
