Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Solutions Architect to design and deliver AI-first solutions on Amazon Connect.

You will build working AI agents, reference architectures, and live demos that empower sales teams, customers, and partners to adopt applied AI. The role spans full-stack development, prompt engineering, and tool integrations, with a focus on memory management, data readiness, and secure, Well-Architected designs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience across software, cloud, and related tech fields.
• 3+ years design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 3+ years hands-on coding with REST APIs and web services.
• Full-stack development experience across front-end and back-end.
• Cloud experience (AWS preferred) across compute, database, integration, identity, networking.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with MCP and A2A interoperability protocols.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI-first solutions for org-level initiatives using Amazon Connect AI agents and reference patterns.
• Design, build, and maintain Live demo environments showcasing AI agents.
• Full-stack development: build front-end experiences and back-end services; integrate AI into apps.
• Configure Amazon Connect AI agents end-to-end, including memory, prompts, and guardrails.
• Deploy MCP servers exposing tools and data sources; architect A2A patterns for agent collaboration.
• Build serverless integrations with AWS services; secure access to data stores for agent tool use.
