EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced Applied AI Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-powered products. You will define strategy, vision, and a data-driven roadmap, driving value from GenAI, ML, search, and automation.

You will lead a team of Product Owners/Managers, collaborate with engineering, data, and AI/ML partners, and advocate responsible AI practices while delivering measurable business impact across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management including end-to-end lifecycle and post-launch maintenance.
• Proven AI product delivery experience (GenAI, ML, search, automation).
• AI literacy with familiarity in profitability, pricing, and competitive positioning.
• Experience across multiple business domains (3+).
• Daily practical use of AI across research, discovery, analysis, and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, vision, roadmap, and market analysis for AI products.
• Manage backlogs, releases, and AI economics trade-offs.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, design, and AI/ML teams to define requirements and guardrails.
• Influence stakeholders up to VP level for product launches.
• Lead Product Owners/Managers and promote responsible AI practices.
