Job summary

Housecall Pro is seeking a Senior Product Manager II to drive growth, onboarding, and retention for our SaaS products. You will work with Engineering, Design, and other teams to identify Problems, test hypotheses, and ship data‑driven solutions that scale our customer base.

You will influence product strategy, guide roadmaps, and partner with GTM teams on pricing and positioning, while advocating for customer outcomes and business value.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience, preferably with growth/PLG background.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience leading growth initiatives and AI/agentic PLG projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy aligned with company objectives and customer needs.
• Conduct market research, gather feedback, and inform direction.
• Develop and test hypotheses, prioritize initiatives, and validate impact.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Strategy, Operations.
• Refine product positioning, pricing, and risk management with GTM teams.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and roadmaps.
• Drive development and release of high‑quality features with Engineering.
• Oversee launches and coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Support.
• Monitor performance, adoption, and feedback to iterate quickly.
