Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering, cloud infra, and technical program or product management.
• Daily use of LLM-based AI tools (Claude, Gemini) as a core workflow.
• Ability to architect and own GCP infrastructure end-to-end.
• Translate requirements into technical specs and plan independently.
• Engage cross-functional stakeholders to define needs and specs.
• Experience writing PRDs and architecture documents and project scopes.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own AI engineering projects end-to-end from requirements to deployment.
• Design GCP infrastructure across environments with CI/CD, security, and observability.
• Translate business needs into precise specifications and challenge scope when needed.
• Lead AI infrastructure rollout and upskilling, including governance.
• Develop PRDs, architecture docs, and project scopes for contractors.
• Forecast timelines and resources across multiple initiatives.
• Direct and QA-review external engineering contractors.
• Create scalable documentation and operational foundations.
