Ceribell, Inc is seeking a Senior Manager, Applied AI Engineering to own the AI engineering portfolio, translate business needs into technical specs, and lead production deployment. The role collaborates with engineering leadership, manages external contractors, and drives cross-functional alignment across clinical and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience spanning software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and program management.
• Daily use of LLM-based AI tools as part of workflow.
• Architect and own end-to-end GCP infrastructure.
• Engage cross-functional stakeholders and translate needs into specs.
• Experience writing PRDs and architecture documents.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own AI engineering projects end-to-end from requirements to deployment.
• Design GCP infrastructure with security, CI/CD, and observability.
• Translate business needs into precise technical specs.
• Lead AI infrastructure rollout and upskilling initiatives.
• Create PRDs and architecture documents for contractors.
• Forecast timelines and resource needs for multiple initiatives.
• Direct and review external contractors’ output.
• Identify system improvements with actionable plans.
• Build scalable documentation and operating foundations.
