Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in software engineering with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping production-grade LLM/agentic applications at scale.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern dev tools.
• Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and mentorship skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate as both people manager and technical lead on strategic AI initiatives.
• Design agentic/LLM-based systems and resolve critical technical problems.
• Lead AI-native engineers with high autonomy using modern tooling.
• Own AI token and compute budgets, drive cost efficiency and governance.
• Set standards for prompt engineering, RAG, agent orchestration, evaluation.
• Exercise software engineering excellence through reviews, design, and coding.
• Ensure compliance, security, and data privacy in stakeholder-delivered work.
• Automate releases via CI/CD and promote career development through mentorship.
