Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Expertise in Python or Kotlin.
• Experience building and deploying LLM-based applications or AI agents in production.
• Experience designing evaluations and monitoring for AI systems.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools in development workflow.
• Experience developing and maintaining full-stack applications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to map workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Design, build and deploy AI agents and supporting APIs and services.
• Develop evaluations and backtests to measure agent accuracy and monitor production performance.
• Define success metrics, track results, and iterate to meet business goals.
• Write technical specs and present architectural approaches for review.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and architecture reviews.
