You will design, develop, and maintain Capsule systems, leading initiatives and delivering high-quality software with a focus on customer outcomes. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience, expertise in Python or Kotlin, and a track record of building scalable, full-stack applications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Expert in Python or Kotlin.
• Experience architecting, designing and maintaining systems.
• Experience building full-stack applications (frontend and backend).
• Experience contributing to components critical to driving business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in implementation of key projects contributing to OKRs.
• Build APIs, services and system workflows.
• Review requirements and design high-quality software with fast delivery.
• Write technical specs and present architectures for review.
• Mentor engineers through code and architecture reviews.
