Zscaler is seeking a Sr Staff Applied AI Engineer to embed with our GTM org in the US to turn ambitious AI concepts into secure, revenue-impacting solutions. You will shape the AI strategy, build production-grade tools, and mentor engineers while ensuring alignment with GTM KPIs and business outcomes.

Role emphasizes owner mindset, high-integrity execution, and collaboration across RevOps, Sales, and product teams. Remote-friendly with strong security and cloud deployment focus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software eng experience with 3+ years in AI/ML projects.
• Experience driving AI strategy and execution for GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, RevOps).
• Hands-on AI solutions including retrieval methods, agentic orchestration, data integration, and security considerations.

Responsabilités

• Embed with GTM leaders to map the revenue lifecycle and set the GTM AI roadmap.
• Build and deploy secure, production-grade AI solutions for revenue teams.
• Run AI solutions as products with ROI tracking against GTM KPIs.
• Drive adoption by partnering with Sales Enablement and GTM Operations to roll out solutions.
• Set reusable standards for retrieval pipelines and GTM data connectors while mentoring engineers.
