Job summary

Zscaler seeks an experienced software engineer to drive AI/ML initiatives within the GTM and revenue lifecycle. You will work with GTM leaders, RevOps, and product owners to map processes, define roadmaps, and own delivery of AI-powered solutions.

You will build secure, production-grade AI systems using retrieval methods, agentic orchestration, and structured-data querying, ensuring scalability, reliability, and measurable revenue outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years on AI/ML projects.
• Hands-on experience with retrieval methods, agentic orchestration, MCP, and securing AI systems.
