Zscaler is seeking a Sr Staff Applied AI Engineer to join the IT/Data Strategy team. This on-site in Santa Clara or remote (US) role embeds with GTM to turn high-stakes ideas into secure, production-grade AI solutions that drive revenue and productivity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years in AI/ML.
• Experience driving AI strategy for GTM functions with measurable impact.
• Hands-on work with retrieval methods, agentic orchestration, and MCP.
• Experience deploying AI at scale on major cloud platforms.
• Strong collaboration with GTM leaders and cross-functional teams.
