Foundation Health is building an AI operating system for pharmacies, tackling the operational backbone of paperwork and care coordination. As a Senior Engineer, you’ll shepherd a feature from loose requirements to production, covering data models, APIs, the LLM layer, rollout, and ongoing monitoring in a regulated healthcare setting.
