Job summary

Native American Talent seeks a Senior Agentic AI Engineer to lead end-to-end development of LLM- and SLM-powered healthcare decisioning systems. You will design, build, and productionize reasoning, orchestration, retrieval, memory, and control layers across payers, providers, and life sciences.

You will work with clinical experts, pair engineers with domain knowledge, and drive reliability and safety in a fast-growing, well-funded project with national scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Shipped production agentic systems with modern orchestration.
• Experience with LangGraph/LangChain or equivalent.
• Experience designing end-to-end RAG systems.
• Memory and context management expertise.
• Deep understanding of LLM behavior and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic systems with multi-step reasoning, planning, and tool use.
• Build stateful workflows using LangGraph/LangChain with retries and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
• Ensure reliability with monitoring, tracing, and observability for prompts and tool calls.
• Develop production-grade integrations with enterprise systems and APIs.
• Translate complex healthcare workflows into robust, auditable architectures.
