Stout is seeking an Applications Support Specialist to manage and support a diverse portfolio of business applications. You will learn and document application configurations, integrations, and data flows while collaborating with IT teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, experimentation, and hands-on support for both existing and new applications, with a focus on reliability and performance across the firm.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in information technology, application support, technical support, systems support, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with ability to investigate complex issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own operational support for assigned applications and understand their functionality, configuration, integrations, and data flows.
• Troubleshoot issues using logs, configurations, and vendor docs to identify root causes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to escalate and resolve high-priority issues.
• Participate in applications implementations, upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
• Document procedures and support knowledge for ongoing operations.
