Stout seeks an experienced advisor to lead Accounting & Reporting engagements, focusing on extensive GAAP research, complex contract analysis, and robust financial statement preparation. You will support post‑acquisition integration, develop accounting memos, and guide clients from disclosures to audits with a high level of technical acumen.
You will work with teams across ERP platforms (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, SAP, Oracle) and leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency.

Execute and lead Accounting & Reporting Advisory engagements with primary responsibility for research and preparation of client deliverables. Prepare and review account reconciliations and support communication with client, identifying issues, resolving discrepancies, and escalating matters as appropriate. Review and analyze complex contracts, conducting and supporting technical accounting research and documenting conclusions in accordance with applicable guidance. Prepare and contribute to the review of accounting memoranda and policies, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with accounting standards.
Bachelor of Finance or Accounting 8+ years of finance process and / or transformation experience Demonstrated expertise in industries such as but not limited to: manufacturing, CPG, healthcare, and financial services Combination of audit and advisory experience Post-acquisition transaction experience preferred CPA preferred

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $120,000.00 - $215,000.00 Annual. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
