Job summary

ITW Pro Brands seeks an experienced Senior Applications Engineer for Mold Release who will provide technical expertise to R&D, Marketing, and Sales. The role supports customers by translating needs into practical product and process solutions while guiding internal teams through training and product knowledge initiatives.

With 10+ years in technical roles and Salesforce proficiency, you will train and collaborate across functions to drive product performance and new opportunities while traveling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related).
• 10+ years in technical sales, applications engineering, or customer-facing roles.
• Advanced experience with Salesforce; Administrator preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate across Sales, R&D, Operations, and Quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical application support for customers, translating needs into product and process solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Operations, Quality, and customers to develop and commercialize solutions.
• Conduct product trials, evaluate results, and translate findings into recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve product performance and expand applications.
• Provide technical guidance on product selection and performance.
• Travel up to 30% (including internationally) to customer sites and events.
