Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in hardware/software development or technical support roles, preferably in test engineering or embedded systems.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills with disciplined approach.
• Ability to lead projects and mentor team members effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical support efforts for US and international customers via phone, web, email, and on-site visits.
• Serve as SME for JTAG Boundary Scan and ScanWorks BST, advising on best practices.
• Collaborate with Development and Product Management to resolve escalated issues and influence product enhancements.
• Deliver high-impact product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers and partners.
• Develop and maintain ScanWorks BST Device Models for enhanced test coverage and memory device programming.
• Mentor and train junior engineers on technical processes and customer engagement.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives, including process improvements and customer success programs.
