Responsibilities

• Develop, debug, optimize, and support production test solutions using the Teradyne J750 platform and CTO option.
• Characterize, debug, and optimize semiconductor test programs.
• Apply rigorous test methodologies, ensuring measurement accuracy and test coverage.
• Collaborate across teams and locations to transfer and deploy test solutions.
