Anord Mardix in Henrico, Virginia, is seeking an Applications Engineer to join our pre-sales and post-sales engineering team. You will act as the senior technical authority, partnering with customers, product development, and manufacturing to solve complex design and integration challenges.

Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, you will lead troubleshooting, recommend solutions aligned with Flex capabilities, and influence product roadmaps through customer feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• 6+ years of engineering experience with substantial customer-facing work.
• Deep expertise in analog and mixed-signal electronics for diagnosis and resolution.
• Lab experience testing, characterizing, debugging and validating electronic products.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills; ability to influence decisions.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the lead technical interface for customers on design, fabrication and manufacturing challenges.
• Collaborate with sales, BD, and product teams to define technical requirements and solutions.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex issues across product levels.
• Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program execution.
• Develop technical presentations, trainings, and engineering documentation for major initiatives.
