Anord Mardix, a Flex company, is seeking an Applications Engineer in Henrico, Virginia. This senior role provides pre- and post-sales engineering support, serving as a technical authority to customers and collaborating with product teams to resolve complex challenges.

The candidate will lead design reviews, troubleshoot analog/mixed-signal issues, and influence product roadmaps, while ensuring successful program execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 6+ years engineering experience with analog/mixed-signal, customer-facing.
• Experience diagnosing complex issues and providing engineering solutions.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and cross-functional projects.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the lead technical interface for customers, delivering expert consultation on complex design and manufacturing challenges.
• Collaborate with customers, sales, and business development to define requirements and align with Flex capabilities.
• Lead investigation and resolution of analog/mixed-signal issues through troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Assess requirements, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies for program execution.
• Coordinate between customers, suppliers, design engineering, and manufacturing to accelerate issue resolution.
• Translate feedback into engineering recommendations and influence product roadmap; lead project planning.
• Develop technical presentations and trainings; provide engineering leadership for major initiatives.
