Job summary

Synopsys is seeking an Applications Engineer to lead technical evaluations and benchmarks, deploy analog/mixed-signal simulation flows, and support customers across cloud-enabled design workflows. You will work with sales, product engineering, and R&D to resolve convergence issues, optimize methodologies, and enable successful tapeouts.

Qualifications

• Experience with analog or mixed-signal simulation in production design environments.
• Hands-on SPICE/FastSPICE debugging and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical evaluations and benchmarks for customers using Synopsys Custom Implementation Platform.
• Deploy analog simulation flows for digital/analog/memory blocks.
• Debug convergence issues and performance bottlenecks in customer environments and escalate when needed.
• Demonstrate cloud-based analog design flows for customer use.
• Deliver on-site training and support for schematic, layout, and verification workflows.
• Document customer issues and coordinate with R&D/product teams.
• Support pre-sales activities with methodology presentations and demos.
