Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Staff Analog Design Engineer to lead the design of complex analog and mixed-signal ICs.

You will provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions across multiple applications and markets. The role requires deep technical expertise in analog/mixed-signal design, tape-outs, and silicon validation, with strong lab skills and customer-focused drive.

Qualifications

• 10 years work experience or degree in electrical engineering or closely related discipline.
• Masters degree or higher very desirable.
• Extensive analog or mixed-signal IC design experience.
• Track record of IC tape-outs and silicon validation.
• Leadership or mentoring experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Feasibility, conceptual and detailed design of mixed-signal ICs in deep sub-micron CMOS.
• Develop analog/mixed-signal circuits across process/voltage/temperature ranges.
• Move from schematic to physical design and guide layout engineers.
• Collaborate with RF, product, verification and process teams.
• Provide technical guidance and present design reviews.
