Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience and 3–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Demonstrates advanced operations, technical and people skills.
• Knowledge of multiple functional technologies and process interdependencies at the site.
• Advanced functional/technical skills with ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to run and explain simulations.

Responsibilities

• Understand manufacturing and test equipment concepts and techniques.
• Designs manufacturing processes within schedule and budget.
• Develops, evaluates and improves manufacturing methods.
• Defines equipment maintenance requirements and analyzes failures.
• Writes work instructions and documents specifications and procedures.
• Analyzes layout for maximum efficiency and coordinates with customers on specs.
