Job summary

Citi is seeking a senior Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst in the United States. The role focuses on leading analyses and programming activities, coordinating with the Technology team to implement new or revised systems, and driving architectural compliance and risk management.

Qualifications

6-10 years of experience in Apps Development or systems analysis.
Extensive experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
Subject Matter Expert in at least one area of Applications Development.
Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
Clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Partner with management teams to ensure integration of functions and define necessary system enhancements.
Resolve high-impact problems by evaluating complex business processes and industry standards.
Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure design adheres to architecture blueprint.
Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging and implementation.
Gain knowledge of how business areas integrate to achieve goals.
Provide in-depth analysis to define issues and develop innovative solutions.
Act as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as needed.
Assess risk in business decisions and ensure compliance with laws and Citi policies.
