Job summary

Citi is seeking an Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst in Tampa to drive end-to-end application systems analysis and programming activities. You will lead cross-functional teams, define system enhancements, and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with architectural standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role.
• Extensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applications.
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development.
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management teams to integrate functions and deploy new products and process improvements.
• Resolve high impact problems through evaluation of business processes and industry standards.
• Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure design adheres to architecture blueprint.
• Develop knowledge of how business areas integrate to achieve goals.
• Provide in-depth analysis to define issues and develop solutions.
• Coach mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary.
• Assess risk and drive compliance with laws and Citigroup policies.
