Job summary

Citi, based in Tampa, FL, seeks an Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst to guide large-scale applications development and system analysis. You will ensure designs align with the architecture and drive robust, scalable software solutions.

You will mentor mid-level developers, collaborate with management, and deliver high-impact projects while upholding Citi's compliance standards and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role.
• Extensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applications.
• Hands-on experience in Web technologies (HTML, CSS, React JS), REST-APIs, Multithreading and Backend using Java/J2EE technologies.
• Strong fundamentals of OOPS Concepts, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
• Strong experience with API and Web Services development using REST/SOAP protocols.
• Fundamental database concepts and experience with MSSQL, Oracle or NoSQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge with testing frameworks like JUNIT, Cucumber, Jasmine/Mocha.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management teams to drive system enhancements and deploy new products.
• Resolve high-impact problems through evaluation of business and system processes.
• Provide expertise in application design aligned with architecture blueprints.
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Provide in-depth analysis to define issues and develop innovative solutions.
• Coach mid-level developers and allocate work as necessary.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws, policies, and controls.
