Job summary

The Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta is seeking a Senior Applications & Data Analyst to own its enterprise application portfolio, including ERP, CRM, and cloud-based systems. The role blends hands-on administration, data engineering, and project leadership to align technology with programmatic outcomes.

You will design dashboards, ensure data integrity, and drive governance across Finance, Programs, and Grants Management, while coordinating ERP/CRM implementations and Azure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in applications administration, systems analysis, or IT project delivery.
• ERP implementation or administration experience with NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, or similar.
• Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce, Blackbaud CRM/Raiser's Edge, or equivalent) including data migration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure—Azure AD/Entra ID, Azure SQL, and cloud storage.

Responsibilities

• Lead or co-lead end-to-end ERP implementation and upgrade projects, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Serve as primary system administrator, managing user access, workflow configuration, and system integrity.
• Develop and maintain integration touchpoints between ERP and downstream systems.
• Administer and optimize CRM platform (Salesforce/Blackbaud) with clean data and strong user adoption.
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models supporting donor stewardship and grants.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support across software portfolio and manage vendor escalations.
• Manage Azure-based infrastructure, including Azure SQL and Entra ID; support data pipelines and warehouse development.
• Ensure data governance, security, and disaster recovery; monitor costs and optimize resources.
• Collaborate with program, finance, and grants staff to surface data-driven insights and support audits.
