Job summary

Ogletree Deakins is seeking an Applications Analyst to support enterprise business systems lifecycle, including document management, financial systems, and CRM. You will perform system installation, upgrades, patching, configuration, and troubleshooting, with SQL script maintenance and performance monitoring.

This role also covers project management for related activities, training, documentation, vendor coordination, and cloud migration planning (SaaS/Azure).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience with cloud-hosted enterprise applications and Windows Server.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related field.
• Experience with iManage DMS and related tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting the full systems life cycle for enterprise business systems.
• Provide application maintenance, upgrades, patching, and configuration.
• Write and maintain SQL scripts and stored procedures; perform data analysis.
• Coordinate with vendors and external service providers; manage projects.
• Support cloud migration planning and execution; document processes.
• Train new staff and write technical reports; monitor performance.
