Job summary

The Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta is seeking a Senior Applications & Data Analyst to own the enterprise application portfolio, including ERP, CRM, and cloud systems, ensuring data integrity and meaningful reporting.

Hybrid schedule in Atlanta; collaboration with Finance, Programs, and Grants Management is essential. Strong ERP/CRM and Azure experience, data governance, and dashboards are required to support donor stewardship and program impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in applications administration, systems analysis, or IT project delivery.
• ERP/CRM implementation or administration experience (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation and upgrade projects; requirements, config, testing, training, go-live support.
• Serve as primary system administrator: user access, workflows, system integrity.
• Partner with Finance, HR, Operations to align ERP with evolving processes and reporting.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ERP and downstream systems.
• Administer and optimize CRM (Salesforce/Blackbaud Raiser's Edge or equivalent), ensure data quality.
• Lead CRM implementation or migration projects, including data migration and training.
• Design dashboards, reports, and data models for donor stewardship and grants.
• Provide Tier2/3 support across portfolio; vendor escalations and issue resolution.
• Document configurations, SOPs, and data dictionaries.
• Manage Azure infrastructure (Azure AD/Entra ID, Azure SQL) and cloud storage.
• Support data pipelines and warehouses (Azure Data Factory, Synapse) and governance.
