Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Experience coordinating projects across teams in healthcare IT.
• Experience with application testing and IS policies.

Responsibilities

• Document software design specifications based on user requirements.
• Analyze systems compatibility and configure systems per operation and technical requirements.
• Participate in installation, configuration, and problem resolution for the product.
• Provide end-user support and training remotely or onsite.
• Consult on workflow changes and improvements and coordinate follow-through on requests.
• Document and prioritize problem reports and resolutions per Change Control processes.
• Work with IS teams and vendors during upgrades and testing activities.
